NEW REPORTING METHOD

Hi community,

EG 4Story has added a new section in the Donation Panel in our Website to help you report any kind of issues you might experience when making a donation.

You can access this new section by clicking on the Help tab in the Donation Panel.


Once you click there, the following panel will appear:


You only have to complete the required information and SUBMIT the report.

You'll receive the answer in the email address you've provided when creating the account.

I will NOT be dealing with this issue via PM anymore.

I hope you find this addition as useful as we do.
